Academics

At NW Islamic School, our academic program integrates Qur’an, Sunnah, and character development to
nurture faith, understanding, and leadership. Students learn to recite and memorize selected surahs
with meaning, perform Ṣalāh correctly, and apply Islamic teachings in daily life. Each grade builds upon
the previous, deepening knowledge of the Qur’an, refining manners, and strengthening identity as
young Muslims living in Canada while developing leadership qualities that inspire responsibility,
confidence, and sincere service to their communities.
