We are delighted that you are considering NorthWest Islamic School for your child’s Islamic education.

Eligibility
● NWIS is open to all Muslim families residing in Calgary and surrounding areas.
● Students must be between the ages of 6 and 15 at the time of enrollment.
● All backgrounds, ethnicities, and schools of thought are welcome – our community is beautifully
diverse, Alhamdulillah.
● No prior Islamic education experience is required. We meet every child where they are.

Payment Plans
We understand that financial flexibility is important. Families may choose from the following payment
options:
● Annual Payment: Full tuition paid at the start of the academic year(Cash, Cheque & E-Transfer Acceptable)
● Semi-Annual Payment: Two equal installments – one at registration for September 1 st and one
on December 1 st ) (Cheques Only)
● E-transfers and Cash payments are also acceptable when paid in full during the time of
registration.

Late applications may be considered subject to availability. Mid-year enrollment is not possible
Refund Policy
Refunds: Full refund if withdrawal occurs before the 15 th of August. No refunds are paid out after this deadline.
